Victoria Burge in CoBrA group show at Blum & Poe LA, Nov 5 – Dec 23

Alison Gingeras has curated a two part show about the CoBrA art movement across two exhibitions in Blum & Poe galleries in New York and Los Angeles.

The New York show, September 9 – October 17, acted as a primer, or reintroduction, to the movement, charting its story from 1940 to the 1960s.

The Los Angeles show, November 5th – December 23rd, takes the core of this material and jumbles it together in a dialogue with contemporary art.
