Marcelle Hanselaar solo exhibition in Jerusalem

I am delighted to be accompanying Marcelle Hanselaar to Israel this week for the opening of an exhibition of her etching series The Crying Game at the Museum on the Seam, a socio-political contemporary art museum in Jerusalem. The show opens on Friday 27th at 11am and runs until the end of December.

Museum on the Seam is a socio-political contemporary art museum in Jerusalem. Its focus is to allow art to raise discussions about controversial ideas tied to national, ethnic and economic issues. The museum has held multiple exhibitions including themes related to human rights, slavery, and the right to protest.

An exhibitions of works by Netta Lieber Sheffer entitled The Uncanny will run concurrently.
